Class Parent Volunteers

Attention Bayberry Parents!

Help make your child’s classroom memories extra special and volunteer as a class parent!

We are looking for up to four class parents per class.

Sign-up will open Thursday, Sept 10th at 8:00 PM and close Sunday, Sept. 13. Once live, sign up will be located HERE in the MY FORMS section of MY ACCOUNT.

Things to Know Before Signing Up:

• You must be a PTO Member
• You must ALSO volunteer for a PTO Committee OR commit to volunteering for lunch distribution at least 1x month
• Please sign up for only one class; if you would like to volunteer for a second child’s class, sign up for that class’ waitlist.

Class Parent Responsibilities:

Classroom Parents coordinate class party dates, times, and details with the teacher. Class parents also attend and run these parties! There are typically 4 parties during the school year: Halloween, Holiday, Valentine’s Day and End of the Year. Parties usually last an hour and take place anytime during the school day from the morning through mid afternoon, as decided by the teacher. Class parents may also support the classroom and teacher in other ways throughout the year.
