PLEASE NOTE ORDERING NOW CLOSED FOR FIRST/CURRENT FOOD SALES SESSION (SEPT-DECEMBER). STAY TUNED FOR DETAILS FOR NEXT SESSION (JAN-FEB).
We are delighted to again be offering food sales to Bayberry and Valley View families. As in years past we are partnering with local restaurants to offer hot lunches for the full week at both schools. The PTO relies on food sales income to fund the majority of its annual budget. Volunteers are necessary to facilitate food sales so please consider contributing your time - refer to the Volunteer tab on the website for further information.
- Our multiple ordering sessions allow parents to adjust the food preferences that their child enjoys throughout the year.
Session 1: Sept - Dec
Session 2: Jan - Feb
Session 3: March - April
Session 4: May - June - The menus / items offered can be found on the ‘School Info’ tab on the Watchung PTO website
- For each session, ordering deadlines and reminders will be emailed and posted on social media.
HOW TO ORDER FROM LOCAL VENDORS
1. Log onto or create your Watchung PTO account on
www.WatchungPTO.com
2. Before you can order food sales you must first purchase a PTO
membership.
3. You also must update your child’s correct grade and teacher.
4. Click on “For Sale”, then click on “Calendar Lunch Menu”
5. This will bring you to the school calendar with an order box on each food sale date as well as the meal options offered for each day. Enter the quantity you would like to order for each date. After selections are complete the site will bring you to a checkout
page where you can enter your credit card information.
*PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER AS THE SYSTEM CANNOT TAKE CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS.
6. Please check your emails to make sure that you received an email
confirming that the order went through.
7. After your order is complete and paid you can view it on your
calendar (on the website highlight “my account” and then “calendar/lunch report”)
PLEASE NOTE:
- There are no refunds for food sales missed due to absences!
- Food Sales canceled because of snow days will be credited to your
account and will be applied to the next ordering session.
DOWNLOAD THE PTO APP!
Search and download the app “Paperless PTO Directory”.
Log in using your PTO website credentials and click on "MY CALENDAR" to confirm your child's lunch orders at any time.
